Return & Refund Policy
Every order is 100% Risk-Free. Here's what you need to know about taking advantage of Popsy's 14-day return policy.You can request a return/exchange/refund within 14-days after you receive the product and
1. If you received an incorrect product (as long as the product has not been used and it included all tags and original undamaged packaging). or
2. If you received a damaged product or if it isn't working properly. You will need to provide pictures and videos with the issue. Product should include all tags and undamaged original packaging. Returning a damaged device must be reported within three business days of delivery.
Please note that shipping & other fees might be applicable. See table below for more information.
For returns within our policy of returnable reasons, customer pays only Shipping Fees.
If the product has been misused or is no longer functional, we cannot accept returns. The customer will need to cover the cost of the item, and it will be returned to the customer.
Customer will be charged 25% of the product cost plus shipping fees for missing accessory, dented box, or dented/scratched product (if proven the item was originally shipped with the accessories and in perfect state)
In the event that the item does not display the problems noted by the client, the customer will incur a charge of 25% of the product's value, in addition to shipping fees.
Upon returning the item after 14 days, you will not be able to get a refund, but you will be able to take advantage of the 1-year limited warranty.
If your item is not functioning correctly, we will be happy to repair or replace it.
Popsy only accepts returns for items purchased directly from the site.
Returns are only accepted only if:
1. You ship the product with its undamaged original package and tags;
2. All the accessories are included
4. You must send the product without login (Apple, Google etc).
Please note that returns that aren't included on the returnable reasons list might incur additional charges.
1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

When a cancellation request is made, the order status will be reviewed. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must pay the shipping fees in order to cancel it; however, if the item has not yet been shipped, the cancellation can be made immediately and without incurring any further costs.
Free Warranty Policy
Popsy is confident that the devices we offer for sale are in perfect working condition, that is why every device comes with a free 12-month free warranty. In case of any defects during the free warranty period, we will make sure your device is either repaired or replaced, for free.- Any damage or malfunction arising out of or directly caused by liquid ingress
